From the Rocky Mountain News:

The Avalanche skated to a 5-0 victory against the plummeting Columbus Blue Jackets anyway, snapping a three-game losing streak before a sellout crowd of 18,136 at Nationwide Arena.

The Avalanche hadn't scored more than three goals in any of the previous seven games, so the Blue Jackets proved to be a timely opponent; they have lost seven games in a row and 11 of their past 12

The Circle of Suck expands.

When will it end? When will Gallant get fired?

The CBJ face St. Louis tonight. A road game, meaning an almost certain loss. In all honesty, I am hoping the Blues win, again. Maybe that will force some shakeups.
